City of Howell issued the following announcement on Nov 16.
Get to know Councilwoman Jan Lobur, who voters re-elected for City Council in the Nov. 2nd election.
Jan was appointed to the Council in 2015 and elected in 2017. She is a strong believer in life-long learning and being active and supportive of her community. She believes that politics have no place in City government and fiscal responsibility and open communication with Howell residents is a priority.
