The East Tawas City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 21, 2022 in the Council Chambers of the East Tawas City Hall, 760 Newman Street, East Tawas, Michigan (989) 362-6161.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments on the proposed ordinance regarding Short-Term Rentals. The ordinance will address new requirements, compliance and fees for short-term rentals within the City of East Tawas. A copy of the draft ordinance is available for public review at East Tawas City Hall or by clicking here.
If you are unable to attend the hearing, written comments may be addressed to the East Tawas City Council, 760 Newman Street, East Tawas, MI 48730 or by email to the Clerk at jpotts@easttawas.com. All comments must be received by 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 21, 2022.
