Trespassing on Critical Infrastructure (Fresh Water Plant)
On Wednesday, Oct 26th, at 5:20pm the Lowell Fresh Water Plant found on their surveillance video these two young men were trespassing on plant property. They had crawled under the locked gate to gain entry and were making a skateboarding video on the steps.
This can be prosecuted under State and Federal as the Fresh Water Facility is considered Critical Infrastructure. We are not looking to prosecute anyone, but we would like to speak to these individuals to make sure this NEVER happens again.
