At this Zoom Lunch & Learn attendees will receive an overview of fair housing laws and issues as they relate to tenant/landlord disputes that come up most often in West Michigan.

Presenters:
• Liz Keegan is the Director of Education and Outreach at the Fair Housing Center of West Michigan. Since 2006, she has trained over 10,500 housing industry members covering lending, rental property management, property maintenance, advertising, real estate sales, and advanced topics in West Michigan.
• Delores Trese, a Managing Attorney at Legal Aid of Western Michigan recently celebrated her tenure of 32 years assisting clients in west Michigan. She brings legal expertise related to Tenant and Landlord matters and will provide update on legislation related to tenant and landlord law.
