The Frost Center for Data and Research at Hope College continues randomly calling city residents for the biennial survey during October. The call is a brief 10-minute telephone survey. Telephone numbers, landlines, and cell phone numbers will be called randomly.
The survey aims to measure resident experience living in the City of Holland and their priorities for future planning and services.
