Water Treatment Operator

The City of East Jordan is accepting applications for the position of Water Treatment Operator. This position’s primary responsibility is to maintain the day-to-day operations of the Water system. A State of Michigan level S-2 & D-2 licensing is needed to be the primary operator. We will accept applicants with any level water licensing as well as those interested in starting as a trainee with the understanding that they must obtain the S-2 & D-2 licensing in a reasonable time frame. Salary based on experience and includes a full time benefit package. Applicants must possess a valid Michigan Driver’s License.
