March is #NationalNutritionMonth, so we’re offering simple ways to add nutritious ingredients into your child’s meals:
⋆ Freeze banana slices and give them to your child as a sweet frozen treat after dinner
⋆ Add chopped spinach into spaghetti sauce
⋆ Put berries or apple slices on peanut butter toast for an extra boost of Vitamin C
