CITY COUNCIL MEETING
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING CHAPTER 98 “ZONING” ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
Please take notice that the City of Brighton City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at 7:30 pm, in the city council chambers, 200 N. First Street, Brighton, MI., to consider the following:
An ordinance to amend chapter 98 as follows:
Article 2-Definitions, add new language to section 98-2.2
Article 3-Zoning Districts, add new language to section 98-3.10(C)
Article 3-Zoning Districts, add new language to section 98-3.11(C)
Article 3-Zoning Districts, add new language to section 98-3.15(C)
Article 3-Zoning Districts, add new language to section 98-3.17(B)
Article 4-Use Standards, add new language to section 98-4.0
All concerned citizens are encouraged to attend the meeting. If you have any questions regarding this notice, or to obtain a copy of the proposed ordinance amendments, please contact the City of Brighton Community Development Department at (810) 844-5149.
