The City of Dexter is seeking an energetic, highly organized, and self-motivated Recreation Coordinator. This position will serve as the City's Farmers Market Manager and Paint Dexter Plein Air Festival Coordinator. The Recreation Coordinator is a part-time position, and will work approximately 20 – 24 hours per week. Hours are flexible, except candidates must be able to be present during Farmers Market hours (Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons, May - October), and during Paint Dexter Plein Air Festival events (August 15 – 20, 2022). Specific duties include: event planning, managing registration, programming, and recruitment for both the Dexter Farmers Market and Paint Dexter Plein Air Festival.
