Lowell Area Schools recently issued the following announcement.
When the new addition at Lowell Middle School opens to students on January 3, 2022, students and staff will be protected by a new Automated External Defibrillator. The AED was donated to LAS through the School Emergency Response Coalition (SERC) with support from the Lowell Area Fire Department and River Valley Credit Union.
After the presentation of AED, members of the LAS Board of Education and first responders from Lowell Police and Lowell Fire were given a tour of the building.
