City of East Jordan issued the following announcement on Dec 9.
Winter parking hours are now in effect!
Effective December 1-April 1, winter parking hours will be in effect from 3:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. on any city street.
The following designated streets have been added as tow away zones for vehicles non-compliant with the city's parking ordinance:
(1)Esterly Street: from Second Street to Spring Street
(2)Main Street: from Mill Street to Garfield Street
(3)Mill Street: from Spring Street to Third Street
(4)Second Street: from Mill Street to Esterly Street
(5)Spring Street: from Mill Street to Esterly Street
EJ DPW and EJ Police Officials now have the authority to have vehicles towed at owners' expense as necessary during this time to help with snow removal.
Please be mindful of parking within these areas during these months!
