Livingston County Emergency Management issued the following announcement on Nov 23.
Livingston County Board of Commissioners understand that there are many areas in our community that are UNDERSERVED OR UNSERVED BY BROADBAND access. In order to bridge this digital divide, the County, in partnership with Merit Network, is asking residents to complete a 5-minute survey about their home or business connection.
This information will only be used to plan for potential broadband expansion and is the critical first step toward addressing needs in our community. By participating in this survey, each resident will help Livingston County plan for a better connected future.
The survey will be open until December 28th and is available at https://www.merit.edu/livgov/. If you’d prefer to complete a paper survey, please call 517-294-2276 to request one.
