YARD WASTE SEASON WRAPS UP WEEK OF NOVEMBER 29

City of Saginaw issued the following announcement on Nov 22.

The City of Saginaw would like to inform residents that the week of November 29 marks the end of the City of Saginaw’s seasonal curbside yard waste collection for 2021. Residents planning a final leaf raking project or yard spruce-up should put their materials to the curb by their last regularly scheduled service date as listed below:

MondayMonday, November 29
TuesdayTuesday, November 30
WednesdayWednesday, December 1
ThursdayThursday, December 2
FridayFriday, December 3

Residents are reminded to have all properly prepared materials placed at the curb no later than 7 am on their regular collection day.

Mid Michigan Waste Authority reminds residents that all yard waste materials must be placed in paper yard waste bags or in 35 gallon or smaller garbage cans that have a “Yard Waste” sticker affixed to the front of the can. PLEASE DO NOT SWEEP LEAVES INTO THE STREET.
