Get to know Howell's new Mayor, Dr. Bob Ellis!
Mayor Ellis is a former City Councilman, appointed in 2015. He was previously the Treasurer of the Howell Downtown Development Authority and served on the DDA Board and Business Development Committee for three years. His main priorities are community development, infrastructure improvement and fiscal responsibility.
