City of Fenton recently issued the following announcement.
As a reminder: Wednesday is now the collection day for refuse, recycling and bulk items in the City of Fenton. Recycling is now collected weekly.
Please download and refer to GFL's latest recycling guide for information on what can and can't be recycled. For instance, GFL does not recycle concrete via curbside pickup.
Cart swaps and ordering extra carts
If residents received a cart size they did not expect from GFL, the city asks that they wait until Oct. 6 to call City Hall at 810-629-2261 or email refusecart@cityoffenton.org. Residents have until Nov. 17 to request different container sizes at no cost.
