City of Linden recently issued the following announcement.
Happening In Linden's Annual Zombies, Scarecrows & Monsters Event is this weekend, Friday, October 15 & Saturday, October 16! View the Schedule of Events...
The Walk Route is as follows:
- From the Linden Library Parking Lot, participants will head South down Main Street, proceed West on Broad Street, North onto Walmar Street & down to Eagle's Wooden Park!
- Participants will be escorted in front & back by the Linden Police Department. Traffic will be temporarily stopped to allow the walkers safe access along the route.
Road Closures:
- Main Street, North of Broad Street will closed Friday at noon & will reopen once the parade has cleared.
- Tickner Street, just West of Sharp Funeral Home will close Friday at noon & will reopen once the parade has cleared.
- Eagle's Wooden Park & Parking Lot will close Friday at noon for event set-up. The Parking Lot will remain closed to vehicle traffic for the duration of the event.
