City of Howell recently issued the following announcement.
The Howell Social District is now open 7 days a week! All other guidelines and rules still apply, including the current hours of operation of 11am to 10pm. To ensure a good time is had by all, we ask those partaking in alcohol consumption within the Social District to drink responsibly, explore our local businesses, and enjoy their time visiting downtown Howell.
