City of Rockford recently issued the following announcement.
Tomorrow is the annual Mitchell’s Run through Rockford. Many of our streets will be closed for the race.
The Farmers Market will be open our normal hours (8am-1pm), however some of our usual parking lots will not be available until after 11am.
If you would like to patron this week’s farmers market before this time, there are several public parking lots just a short walk away.
We do also ask that you use caution when crossing the street and be aware that there may be runners who have the right of way.
