City of Brighton issued the following announcement on Aug 19.
RICKET ROAD PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Lane Closure
Beginning at 7:00 am tomorrow, August 19, 2021, the southbound lane of Rickett Road inside the project area will be closed to through traffic until further notice. Please follow the posted detours. The northbound lane will remain open.
