Livingston County Health Department issued the following announcement on Oct. 31.
The Livingston County Health Department (LCHD) is alerting the public about a potential COVID-19 exposure at the Brighton Church of Christ in Brighton, MI.
As of today, six individuals who tested positive for COVID-19 reported attending services on October 18 and bible study on October 20 and October 21, 2020 at Brighton Church of Christ.
Individuals who attended church services on October 18 and bible study on October 20 and October 21 are at an increased risk for developing COVID-19. Individuals who participated in church related events or social activities are also at risk. LCHD highly recommends COVID-19 testing for all individuals who attend the church, whether they have symptoms or not.
