Sunday, March 23: Brighton High School standout Brendan Harrity’s college team wins to Akron Zips

On Sunday, March 23, former Brighton High School standout Brendan Harrity’s current college team, the Western Michigan Broncos, won 11-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Akron Zips.

The game took place at Robert J. Bobb Stadium at Hyames Field. This was their third matchup against the Zips this season.

The Broncos’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 3 p.m. at Rocky and Berenice Miller Park against Northwestern Wildcats.
