City of Howell recently issued the following announcement.
SNOW EMERGENCY
The City of Howell has declared a snow emergency effective Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 2pm through Friday, February 18, 2022 4pm. Vehicles must be removed from all streets to allow for the safe removal of snow, ice and/or debris. Vehicles left in the road will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.
