City of Buchanan recently issued the following announcement.
WIN A SCARECROW!
Pick up a form at the Buchanan District Library. Walk around the block to match the scarecrow with their sponsor. Drop the form in the basket at the Library. A form will be drawn to win a Scarecrow at the Pumpkin Jamboree on Saturday, October 2nd at 3:00 PM!
