Livingston ESA issued the following announcement on Aug 19.
THANK YOU to all the volunteers and donors who helped with last Thursday's Backpack for Kids event held at Livingston Educational Service Agency! Whether you donated supplies, money or were on hand to help with the event - we could not have done this without you!
We distributed 932 backpacks to Livingston County children and Salvation Army & Gleaners were also on hand to distribute hundreds of boxes of groceries and bagged lunches.
If your child needs a backpack but you were not able to attend last Thursday, contact Judy Paulsen at 517-540-6802 or judypaulsen@LivingstonESA.org.
