Yoga Outside at Canterbury Village with Pushna Wellness

Each week join us outside for OUTDOOR YOGA in the historic Canterbury Village New Marketplace (parking at Yates or behind the colorful houses). Class styles will be as follows:
Thursday - 7PM All levels with CJ
Saturday - 9AM More fast pace flow with Jess
Sunday - 10AM Gentle/All Levels with Jess
Pay what you are able - suggested $10.
Social distance your mat 6 feet from your neighbor unless you came with a group.
What to bring:
Yoga mat
Props you enjoy using
Water
Bug spray or blanket if desired
