Livingston County Government issued the following announcement on June 25.

Although neither one if us want to say goodbye, it is time for her to find the end of the road and live her best life! After all isn't that what friends are for...Gladys is ready to leave on a midnight train to Georgia or just down the road to her white picket fence home. At the ripe ol' age of 9....shhhhh, she doesn't know or act her age and we all hear things through the grapevine, Gladys is ready to show you a few moves, we hope you like to dance. Sweet, attentive, easy to walk, gentle souled and friendly with other dogs; what else could you be looking for? Gladys is spayed, current on medical and ready for easy street. Please call the shelter for more information and be sure to fill out the pre-adopt form on the website! Gladys is looking for her Pips.
