City of Brighton issued the following announcement on Sept 20.
The Imagination Station Playground Volunteer Group will be sealing all of the wooden structures of the Imagination Station on Saturday, September 28, 2019. The playground and adjacent parking spaces on Millpond Lane will need to be closed during this work. The Imagination Station will reopen on Monday, September 30th.
Anyone who is interested in volunteering for this event is invited to come to the Imagination Station at 9 am on Saturday or contact Renee Pettengill at Brightonimaginationstation@gmail.com.
Each volunteer will receive incentives from our local merchants. This is a great way to help out and meet other wonderful community members.
** In the case of inclement weather, the sealing work will be done on Saturday, October 12, 2019. The Imagination Station will then re-open on Monday, October 14 **
