On Thursday, March 6, former Howell High School standout Landon Kempainen’s current college team, the Northwood Timberwolves, won 13-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Lake Myrtle Park. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Timberwolves’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 6 at 7:15 p.m. at Northeast Regional Park against Grand Valley State Lakers.
